PRESS DESIGNED TO PRODUCE, BY GLUING STRIPS, BOARDS OF SOLID WOOD IN VARIOUS SIZES

This line has been designed with an horizontal preparation system by chains. With this solution the operator can prepare the ledges according to the panel requirements. Once the load has been composed, the ledges will be automatically transferred to the glueing, composition and loading groups. At the press exit, a crosswise cutting device can be applied (T1) as well as a second cutting device, but lenghtwise (T2). Coming out from the second cutting operation, the panels shall be piled up throught a belt stacker.
