ENERGY SAVING
Some of the advantages:
More than 50% power saving compared to what is currently available on the market
Temperature difference between various platen places is of plus/minus 7 °C; so there is a homogenous temperature on the whole platen surface
Possibility to set different temperature between upper and lower platens
The platens max. resistance to the pressure is of 10 Kg/cm²
No maintenance required. Compared to any other heating system, where periodic maintenance is always necessary, with this system such operation does not exist anymore
No noise during its functioning

PRESS STRUCTURE
• Structure entirely made of welded and tool machined beams. The choice to prefer the beam structure instead of the bended steel sheet (economically more viable) has come from the decision to offer to the client a highly reliable product where quality plays the main role.
