MULTI OPENING PRESS

Master presses are designed as high productivity systems in the field production of hollow core doors and their finishing with wood veneers, decorative papers, plastic laminates, etc. Ormamacchine has available two models of these pressing plants, both multidaylight with independent closing named Master 1 and Master 2. The concept of independent closing along with the multidaylight allows to optimize the production process because, as soon as the preparation of the door is completed, the daylight is loaded and closes under pressure, starting the pressing cycle. When the press time ends, the daylight opens and the door is unloaded. The cycle of each daylight is therefore independent from the others.
